Excellent séjour au Club Med Cancún – Exclusive Collection du Jade

Très belle expérience au Club Med de Cancún, dans l’espace Exclusive Collection du Jade. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, largement grâce à la gentillesse, au professionnalisme et à la disponibilité de l’ensemble des équipes.

L’équipe des GO et de la réception a toujours été très présente et à l’écoute. Un grand merci à José-Luis, pour son excellent management et sa convivialité. Merci également à Jade, Erik et Daniel, avec qui nous avons partagé de très bons moments à l’apéritif et au dîner.

Mention spéciale à toute l’équipe du bar du Jade, toujours souriante, attentionnée et aux petits soins, aussi bien au bar qu’autour de la piscine. Un grand merci à Erasmo, Eliseo, Ademir, Jesus, Marco, Daniel et Jaime, qui nous ont véritablement chouchoutés pendant tout notre séjour.

Nous tenons également à remercier Alicia, au Taco Arte, qui nous a régalés chaque midi avec ses délicieux ceviches. Un vrai rendez-vous quotidien que nous attendions avec plaisir!

Les excursions proposées ont également été un vrai plus. Elles nous ont permis de découvrir plusieurs sites mayas remarquables, accompagnés de guides passionnés et très intéressants.

Au final, un séjour riche en découvertes, en rencontres et en très bons moments. Un grand merci à toutes les équipes du Jade pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et recommandons vivement cette expérience!

Nous avons passé deux semaines de superbes vacances ! ☀️🌴

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour l’accueil et la gentillesse, et tout particulièrement à Leah Chocolat, Malleni et Yvan du Mini Club. Les enfants ont adoré leurs moments avec vous et sont repartis avec plein de beaux souvenirs. ❤️

Merci pour votre bonne humeur, votre énergie et votre attention avec les enfants. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre nos vacances encore plus réussies !

Health formalities

Vaccinations and medical treatments:
It is your responsibility to check all the necessary formalities before departure.

Vaccinations recommended:
Diphtheria
Polio
Tetanus
Hepatitis A and B
Typhoid.

Mosquitos can transmit certain viral or parastic diseases, so the use of mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is recommended.

Risk only of the minor form of malaria (vivax) in certain relatively remote zones, far from the Resort, so you do not need to take anti-malaria drugs.

A nurse is present on site.

MEXICO NO SMOKING LAW
Under the General Law for Tobacco Control in Mexico, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all public areas of the resort. The use of tobacco products - including e-cigarettes and vaping devices – is permitted only in designated areas. To accommodate our guests, there are five designated smoking areas throughout the resort.
Smoking or vaping in non-designated areas, including guest rooms, is not allowed and may result in fines imposed by local authorities on both guests and Club Med.
Please note that importing e-cigarettes or vaping devices into Mexico is illegal, even for personal use. Bringing these items into the country may result in confiscation, significant fines, or delays during customs inspection upon arrival.
For a smooth travel experience, guests are encouraged to review Mexico's smoking regulations and entry requirements before traveling.

In partnership with the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources in Mexico, our Resort protects sea turtle nests. Every year, new born turtles are released on local beaches. In 2024 approximatly 8,000 baby turtles where relased.
