Club Med Kiroro Peak 賓至如歸的服務與多元體驗

這次入住 Club Med Kiroro Peak，整體體驗非常出色。特別想要感謝幾位會說中文的服務人員，他們讓我們在旅途中感受到賓至如歸的溫暖。尤其是 Jen，不僅事先幫我們確認了前往小樽的交通，還熱情地與我們分享度假村的趣事及活動建議，讓我們的行程更加充實。另一位村長的助理親自帶我們參觀環境，吧台的服務人員專業地推薦酒品，以及盂蘭盆節活動時主動為我們遞上清酒的服務人員，都展現了貼心與專業。這幾位中文人員的用心，讓我們在異地也能感到自在與安心。

餐飲部分同樣令人驚艷。即便是自助餐，菜色每天都有所變化，其中竟然提供新鮮的 帝王蟹，北海道的乳製品也相當優質，每一餐都能享受到高水準的美味。住宿方面，我特別喜歡房間帶有陽台的設計，能隨時呼吸北海道的新鮮空氣，身心都獲得放鬆。

度假村的活動安排豐富多元。高爾夫球場趣味十足，朋友參加健行時還幸運地遇到狐狸，成為旅程中難忘的回憶。游泳池更提供水中有氧課程，讓休閒與運動完美結合。而到了晚上，G.O 們居然化身表演者，每個人都非常會跳舞，現場氣氛熱烈又精彩，讓人完全沉浸在度假的歡樂氛圍中。

整體而言，這是一段非常難忘的度假體驗。無論是想參加各種活動，或是單純放鬆放空，Club Med Kiroro Peak 都是極佳選擇。強烈推薦給想在北海道尋找高品質度假的旅人。

素晴らしい体験をありがとう

2泊3日と短かったですが、クラブメッドキロロでとても充実したバケーションを送りました。 スタッフとしての総評（GO）のホスピタリティのレベルがとても高いです。
ゲスト（GM）を楽しませるというホスピタリティや常に笑顔での挨拶は他では見られません。クラブメッドの中でもキロロは断トツかと思いました。
夜のショーはとてもレベルの高い見ごたえのある素晴らしいものでした。レセプション、レストラン、キッズプログラム、スポーツアクティビティ等で働いているスタッフ（GO）が躍っていました。仕事の後に猛特訓をしたと言っていた。
ショーの後は花火が上がり、鏡開きで日本酒サービス。そしてダンスタイム。
小さい子も夜遅いまで元気にやってました。
村長のMerlinはとてもエネルギッシュでホスピタリティあふれる素晴らしい女性なのでそんなMerlinについていくスタッフも影響されていることなのかGOの皆も素晴らしかったです。
レセプションのJoa、Hinako（ダンス上手）、Berfin、ノルディックウォーキングのBilly とAndrew （サーカスもすごい！）、マウンテンバイクのArda（ミサンガありがとう）、ティーンズクラブのKyle、キッズクラブのOmen（MCも上手）、ポールダンスが上手なCheryl、ブティックのSima、Miya Xiao（日本語上手すぎて日本人かと）、あとひときわ冷静にみんなをまとめて優しくて気遣いのIbra（かっこいい！）、、、他にもたくさんいるけど名前が覚えきれない・・。焼肉予約してくれたSamもありがとう。
ヨガのレッスンと先生も最高でした。（また受けたい）
お部屋も新しくなって綺麗で温泉も最高でした。（運動後の筋肉痛に効いたかも）
インテリアのセンスも良かったです。
楽しく充実した思い出を本当にありがとう。感謝します。

適合全家出遊的好地方

工作人員（Joa,Jen,Eddy)十分親切熱情，熱心解決我們提出的問題和提供旅遊資訊與建議。餐飲部分，這次3天晚餐以套餐方式呈現，有燒肉套餐，有搭配觀看表演的西式龍蝦/牛排 套餐，最後一天是火鍋，很用心，帶來不一樣的感受。活動方面，高山腳踏車徜徉在森林裡讓人心曠神怡，可惜我們家孩子未滿12歲，不然滑板車看起來很好玩，等下次去再玩！

Kiroro Hokkaido Ski Domain

The dynamic and vast course of Kiroro Ski area is spread over the two mountains of Asari and Nagamine and can be enjoyed by people of all levels. Explore this dynamic domain and ride Japan’s renowned powdery slopes.


During early or spring season, please be informed that there may be reduced operation in the Kiroro Ski Area due to reduced snowfall conditions. The operation of the Kiroro Ski Area is dependent on the ski domain operator and prevailing weather conditions. Club Med does not operate the ski lifts and gondolas. • 8 green for beginners
• 6 red for intermediate skiers
