réjouissant mais pensez aux bébés !!!

Séjour à la montagne réjouissant !

Tout était extra : la vue époustouflante sur la montagne, l'ambiance, les mini club où sont allés nos enfants de 4 et 1 an, les buffets, les guides de montagne pour les randonnées.

Les GO du baby club étaient très douces avec notre bébé, les transmissions de fin de journée détaillées, merci à Saïda et Stan pour leur professionnalisme.

Mention spéciale aussi à Karima autour du bar pour sa bonne humeur, sa gentillesse et son efficacité !
Un plaisir d'échanger avec elle ! :-)

Merci enfin à Manuel, responsable loisirs, qui est à l'écoute et cherche vraiment à ce que tout soit parfait.

Deux pistes d'amélioration urgente :

des plages horaires sans musique autour de la piscine extérieure : difficile de lire ou de se reposer avec la musique à fond toute la journée
Il faut + de tables à langer et du matériel pour nettoyer les biberons : une seule table à langer dans tout le club et un seul goupillon pour nettoyer les biberons quand il y a 80 bébés au club, c'est trop peu !!
