Snow Serenity ensures your time in the mountains remains as effortless as the experience itself. Available during selected periods from Winter 2026/27, it offers added flexibility when snow conditions vary.
Should 50% of the lifts at your European Alps Resort close for two consecutive days, you will have the opportunity to continue your holiday at another of our Alpine Resorts, subject to availability.
Snow Serenity applies to the following selected dates in Winter 2026/27:
• 22 November to 19 December 2026
• 21 March to 2 May 2027

5 days before departuring for your holiday, and throughout the duration of your stay (excluding Sundays), should the above conditions be met, you may request to continue your holiday at one of our 13 Resorts in the European Alps.
Before departing for your holiday, guests may contact their local Club Med call centre for assistance. Guests already staying in Resort may speak directly with the Front Desk team to arrange their request.
Your stay may be adjusted at no additional accommodation cost (excluding transportation related expenses, which remain at your charge), subject to the conditions below.
• Snow Serenity is activated when 50% of the ski lifts operated by the Resort are closed due to insufficient snowfall for at least two consecutive days. For example, during partial seasonal openings, if 60% of the ski domain is operating, Snow Serenity applies when 50% of those operating lifts close due to lack of snow.
• Relocation is subject to availability at the selected Resort
• Your revised stay must take place within the same travel week and for the same duration
• If the new selected Resort is higher in price, no additional accommodation fees will apply
• If the new selected Resort islower in price, the difference between your existing accomodation cost will be refunded
• The same accommodation category cannot be guaranteed at the new selected Resort
• Availability of additional services, including Baby Club Med® and Petit Club Med®, cannot be guaranteed at the new selected Resort
• Refunds will be provided for additional or à la carte services unavailable at the new selected Resort
• Flight modification and transportation fees to the new selected Resort not be covered as part of the Snow Serenity promise
